Become-IT offers business software for SME companies. Under the name Suite MKB, they help with the automation of business processes. Joost van den Berge, work planner within H2groen, talks about his experiences with Become-IT and Suite MKB. In addition, Anton Verlek, consultant at Become-IT, talks about his experiences around the cooperation with H2groen. Van den Berge explains, "We had been looking for a good program for some time. A colleague searched the internet and ended up at Become-IT. Through a demo request, we came in contact with Anton."

Become-IT uses the word "collaboration" because the company values the input provided by the customer. Verlek explains, "We collaborate a lot with companies in the green sector. Since we are not landscapers ourselves, we depend on the input they provide. When we have good contact with the customer and can consult easily, a fine cooperation is a matter of course. H2groen is the 100th landscaper we work with!"

Lost Overview

Before using Suite SME, there was much less oversight. As Van den Berge explains, "We were looking for a package that matched our needs as closely as possible. Before this, we were working with a program that did contain many parts of the business process. But in it we quickly ran into problems. No contact was possible through the program, so other platforms came into play. Thus everything was no longer in one place and the overview was quickly lost."

Providing clarity and honesty

Become-IT knows well what they can offer. Verlek explains, "My job is to provide clarity about the possibilities and not create false expectations. In addition, we are honest about the features we do not have and try to think in terms of possibilities in those situations. The customer can take this information into their consideration of using Suite SME." Van den Berge responds, "Become-IT delivered on what they promised, so we quickly had confidence in the company."

Successful implementation

The implementation of Suite SME at H2groen went very smoothly. This is how Van den Berge relates his experiences during this process: "The contact with Become-IT was fast and always with clear answers. At times when something was not quite clear, or we wanted to adjust something, they were there for us. We received good guidance. And that is also necessary to take the big step. The fine communication ensured that the whole process only took two months."

In addition to Van den Berge, the staff is also very satisfied. Van den Berge explains, "Normally if you don't know a program, it takes a certain amount of time before you know how it works. With Suite SME you get very far without having any knowledge of the program. In our situation this is very convenient. After all, not everyone works the same amount of hours. With some small instructions from the people who already understand Suite SME well, everyone can get started. It allows us to be outside longer to do the practical things.
