Manage your green projects with smart software

From Metacom, work orders are sent from the planning department to the people outside. The project managers and gardeners in the field receive the work order with project-specific information and documentation for his/her crew for that day via the app on their tablet or cell phone. The field crew can use the app to book all kinds of registrations of costs such as hours, materials used and machinery. Photos and other documentation applicable to the project can be attached. And the foreman can approve purchase invoices and link them to the project. Thanks to integrated data exchange, all project costs arrive directly at the administration. Not only an enormous relief for the administration, but also essential for good project monitoring and timely invoicing," according to Kleefstra.

Bespoke suit based on the standard

Kleefstra emphasizes that specific solutions can be added in addition to the standard solutions. "Think, for example, of a quotation tooling. By integrating that, you can easily create a mini-calculation that can be used in a quotation towards the client, or used internally. Whatever your wish, we are able to build cloud solutions that can be linked to our ERP package Metacom."
