At the GroenTechniek Holland trade fair, Van der Haeghe will present machines from its entire existing program, supplemented by new machines. Among others, there are novelties from Iseki, Köppl and Redexim.
"In terms of novelties, we are always heavily dependent on our suppliers. For this fair we have new machines from Iseki, Köppl and Redexim," says Aard Pennings, South Netherlands product specialist at Van der Haeghe.
Iseki introduces the new TM 4000 series of compact tractors in a 23- and a 26-hp model. The new line is the successor to the TM3000 series. The new tractors are compatible with HVO diesel, helping to reduce CO2 emissions. In addition, the rear axle is more heavily loaded. The new models were improved in terms of transmission and operation as well as specifications. In addition, the tractors are available with a factory cab that comes standard with air conditioning. Says Pennings, "In the past, air conditioning in a cab was seen as a luxury, now it's just part of the deal. After all, it provides more comfort during work and that's what the end user increasingly demands. The cabs offer plenty of space, good entry and exit and good visibility. In addition, the tractors have a low noise level."
In Japan, Iseki is busy further electrifying mowers in particular. Like the riding mower SXG2e. Whereas the mower was previously equipped with a 16 hp diesel engine, this model received a 7.92 kW lithium-ion battery, which takes care of both the electric travel drive and mower blade drive as well as the bucket emptying. The cutting width is 102 cm and the capacity of the collection bin 320 liters. Of the two-wheeled implement carriers of the German brand Köppl, Van der Haeghe will present electric variants in addition to several gasoline models at the fair. Köppl now has three models 100% electric implement carriers in its program: the Compact Easy e-Drive, Compact Comfort e-drive and the latest new Multitalent.
Van der Haeghe will present a reflection of Redexim's program at the GTH, focusing on machines for aerating, overseeding and sodding. There will also be various maintenance machines for artificial turf fields and maintenance machines for sports fields and golf courses. Pennings: "A trade fair is a great way to show the complete product range. We also want to draw attention to the combination of Iseki tractors with Redexim machines. These combine very well with each other and the reactions from the market are very positive."
Finally, Van der Haeghe is showing a number of vehicles from Addax in Biddinghuizen. These 100% electric vehicles are built in Belgium and are increasingly in demand for inner-city work, particularly due to stricter environmental regulations. The vehicles are multifunctional and are therefore used by municipalities, waste companies, SW companies and green companies, as well as in recreational parks and zoos, for example. Special mounted units are available, including for emptying waste garbage cans. And of course, the recently added Navimow robotic mowers from Segway and Ambrogio robotic mowers will not be missing at the fair. Pennings is looking forward to the fair, although he does feel that enthusiasm for it is waning somewhat. "You do see that more and more suppliers are choosing to focus on regional fairs and highlight their novelties via social media."
