Scoop: Suslight first vendor in new library Suite SME

A landscaping project requires many different suppliers. Paving, planting, fences and lighting, for example. It is a lot of work for gardeners to keep all the products of that supplier up-to-date in terms of assortment and prices. Especially last year, there were many price fluctuations which meant that prices had to be checked for each offer. Therefore Become-IT developed a product library in their business software (Suite MKB).

Product library

The library will feature all products from member suppliers. In this, Suslight has the scoop by being the first supplier connected to the system. Through a supplier portal, Suslight can update the products if there are new products or prices. Bart van Schie of Suslight says this is a godsend: "It works simply and digitally. Among other things, you can set an image and link for more information per product.

Suite SME users can create their own product database in the library. Before they can see the assortment from Suslight, for example, they must create a link that can be approved by Suslight through the supplier portal. Then they can subscribe to those products in the library and then use them in quotations, orders and invoices. This all works very easily, saves retyping and prevents errors.

Suslight has the scoop of being the first vendor in the library, but if it is up to Become-IT's customers, more will soon follow!  

Always current prices

If there is an update in the library, it is automatically reflected in the product file so that the landscaper is working with current prices. For each supplier, the gardener can set how much discount they receive on the recommended retail price. This gives the landscaper instant insight into margins and control when placing orders.

Chain Integration

Leo Kodde, owner of Become-IT says, "we have set the focus for 2023 on chain integration in the green sector by digitizing the cooperation between suppliers and buyers.
