The right mower for every application

Van der Haeghe supplies garden and park machinery from thirteen manufacturers, seven of which produce mowers, among other things. An important product group for the company, therefore. The range of mowers is therefore continuously expanded.

Product specialist Tilko Gernaat: "For the consumer market, we supply brands such as Simplicity, Snapper, Segway and Ambrogio. For the professional market we have the brands Iseki, Ferris and Eco in our package."

Iseki's riding mowers are available with different cutting widths between 60 and 180 cm and with or without collection unit. In particular, municipalities, gardeners, campsites and individuals with large gardens choose a mower with collection bucket. "There are two lines: a front mower and a model with a center mower deck. The front mower is especially popular for use in campgrounds. By collecting the cut grass, it does not end up in the tents or toilet buildings. Collection buckets of 750 and 1,300 liters are available."

Iseki's SXG series consists of models where the mower deck is positioned between the front and rear wheels. The mowers are available with a 590 or 650-liter collection bucket and have a long service life. Gernaat: "Iseki now also has an electric version, SXG E2. We are going to market this year. We have tested it extensively recently and the mower is trouble-free and can mow for up to four hours on one battery charge."

Ferris zero-turn mowers feature two steering levers and are highly maneuverable. This makes them suitable for mowing large areas or cutting edges and sides in combination with a machine with a cutting width of 3 meters. The mowers are fully suspended on all four wheels, ensuring high comfort for the user. The Ferris 400S model has a power output of 23 hp. Around summer, the 500S model will also hit the market: it has an output of 25hp and wider wheels than the 400S. This ensures lower ground pressure and less rutting. Both machines have a 122 cm Triple mower deck with three functions: rear discharge, side discharge and mulching function. In addition, Ferris is currently testing an electric zero-turn mower, which is expected to be available for the European market in 2025. 

Of the Eco brand, Van der Haeghe supplies attachments with cutting widths ranging from 130 to 180 cm. "The advantage of this is that these attachments can easily be coupled to a tractor. Ideal for users who not only mow, but also use the tractor for other work."

Van der Haeghe has a dealer network of some two hundred dealers throughout the Netherlands. So there is always a dealer nearby, who can also provide maintenance and repair for the (professional) user.
